Premium Driveway Installation – Orpington
This project involved the complete transformation of the property's front garden into a modern, low-maintenance driveway, designed to maximise parking space while enhancing the home's kerb appeal.
Our team carried out all groundworks, including excavation of the existing front garden, installation of a new MOT Type 1 sub-base, and construction of a durable foundation to ensure long-lasting performance. We installed premium large-format natural stone paving throughout the driveway, creating a clean, contemporary finish with subtle joint lines.
To complement the new driveway, we installed:
New timber panel fencing with concrete posts and gravel boards.
A matching timber side gate providing secure access to the rear garden.
Decorative granite setts along the front boundary and driveway edge for a high-end finish.
Stainless steel security bollards to protect the property from vehicle theft.
New brick boundary wall repairs and finishing details to seamlessly blend with the existing frontage.
The result is a spacious, attractive driveway that provides ample off-road parking while significantly improving the overall appearance and value of the property.
